Please arrive at least one day before the wedding so you have enough time to rest and recover after a long day of travel. If you would like to be there for our welcome party the day prior to our wedding, please arrive two days in advance. 

We plan on staying at the resort from May 16th to 24th.

Please fly into Cancun, Mexico and book a transfer to Playa del Carmen with our wedding planners at Destify.

We suggest utilizing Google Flights as it is a great tool to monitor flight availability and rates as they fluctuate. If you find a flight you prefer, we encourage you to secure it right away on your own as availability goes quickly.

Purple 14 -  wedding gazebo, where the ceremony will be held

Restaurant L - Mapache deck, welcome drink on the 19th

To submit a price match request, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Create your reservation on the group website and submit your deposit. Price Matches will not be approved until the deposit has been placed.

Step 2: Reply back to your “Deposit Payment Confirmation” email. (automatically sent after your deposit is placed) Make sure you reply within 24 hours and attach a screenshot of the price you found.

Step 3: A Guest Services Specialist will contact you regarding the approval of your price match inquiry. If your match is not approved, your deposit will be refunded.

We highly recommend you stay at our selected resort. To have our wedding at the resort we are required to have at least 80% of our guests book their stays with the resort. If you do choose to book else where, there are other reports and AirBnB options within the area.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Our wedding will have an open bar! It will also be heavily photographed and any drunken shenanigans will be mocked for years to come. Please proceed with caution ;)
